One of the world’s largest beverage companies engaged 2nd Road and Accenture to help them understand the trends and disruptors that would shape their industry as we move towards 2030.
We brought together insight and trend research from Accenture’s global networks to develop a point of view on drivers that would impact their business and identified future, evidenced based opportunities for growth.
2nd Road then partnered with Accenture to run a Growth Studios Workshop with global representatives from both the client and Accenture to explore the opportunity platforms in depth, generate ideas for how the client could create
new value for their customers and themselves in the future, and align leadership around priority new growth platforms.
The client has subsequently created the innovation infrastructure to explore growth in a number of key battlegrounds.
